Club Facilities
The Franklin County Sportsmen's Club maintains a shooting facility on River Road in East Deerfield, Massachusetts. The facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to paid members only. The public is welcome as a guest of the club, a guest of a member, or at a scheduled club event.
This shooting facility is located on 65 acres of land and features the following:


The Arthur G. "Bud" Prentice Memorial Field House, a large clubhouse with:
- Meeting / lecture room

- Upgraded bathrooms with new fixtures and on-demand hot water
- Ready room
- A 40' x 50' indoor pistol range that utilizes a state of the art inclined shredded rubber backstop and movable target hangers for 9
positions. The indoor range is limited to handguns, .22 rifle, and archery.
Outdoor Shooting Ranges:

3 Pistol ranges (two with pavilions; the third with 2 steel plate target racks)

A 100 yard Rifle range (with pavilion)

A 200 yard Rifle range (with pavilion)
- 2 Skeet fields

- 4 Trap fields
- New Archery Range (May 2012)

We have installed wobblers in the skeet fields. These machines vary the angle the birds come out. It might come out low or high and will challenge the best of us to hit that clay bird.
The outdoor facilities are plowed during the winter months to accommodate year round usage.
