Temporary Membership
As per vote of the F.C.L.S.C. BOARD OF DIRECTORS regarding the latest
insurance company demands, while on club property all non-members

This form in essence is basically a one day membership for the FCLSC.
Please deposit completed form(s) on desk in clubhouse or give to Alan.

New Members
Memberships are on a calendar year starting in September and are
pro-rated upon date of sign-up. Applicants must be a member of
the NRA.
The Membership Chairman is Alan Lambert. He can be reached at
413-834-1692 or 413-863-2964 during the day.
New members should fill out the application form and bring the following items
- application,
- proof of NRA membership, and
- the membership fee
to the next club meeting. New members are expected to appear at the
first club meeting to apply where they can pick up their key
and membership card. Club meetings are held at 7:30 PM on the third
Wednesday of each month at the Club House.
Membership Renewal
Current members must complete and mail in the membership
application every year. This is a requirement for the F.C.L.S.C., Inc.
to obtain insurance for the club. Current club members may send
the application, photocopy of their NRA membership card, and membership fee to
